Random happenings

Love my new office! My space that is clean, smells good, and is ALL MINE!

Lately Anthony is obsessed with having a Camaro as is his first car. They are tons of pics like this in my phone so I will not forget. Got it buddy!

We have gradudated to pigtails and cell phones. Everything is a phone to her, wonder why?

Anthony is in hockey and LOVES it! He would skate everyday all day if he could. We drug our feet committing and I think we both are glad we did.

Love those pigtails!

Baby Conner

My first Vikings game with the Hoganson clan. I am not a brunette or a size 4 but they took me along anyway. We had a blast!

Dick's Last Resort

"George Washington was her first", Judes was impressed!

We found some of my family to meet up with before!

The game was horrible but our seats were great!

These girls have not missed a game in 4 years.

Cannot tell you what this guys name is but he chatted my ear off. We ultimately became friends.

Stayed at the Graves-always wanted to stay there. It was gorgeous but our full size beds were litereally the size of a twin and a half. Good thing they were comfy!

Alex and Talia

Before impromptu haircut

Anthony is moving into that phase

After haircut, he wanted it like dad's.

Yep, still posing!

Family Ties

We had our first annual cousins weekend. The rules were you had to be 21+. We would have loved to have had everyone but it keeps it simple. Friday night we went downtown Minneapolis. I am the oldest. I am able to hang with the best of them and I felt it the next day. We hit the Renaissance Festival and all I wanted was a turkey leg. I look hot in the picture below. Those glasses are my cousin Tiff's roommates from a 70's party they just had. Nothing sexier than a woman chowing on a disgusting leg of turkey with 70's glasses on. At this point I was still very fuzzy.

For those that are friends with me on Facebook this is also why you saw these ridiculous pictures of me posted. I was still a little "light headed" taking pictures of myself in the backset of Tiff's car on the way to the Renaissance Festival. So smart I even shared them with my friends. Seriously? I am not 21, I am 34. Really, I am.

Having a slumber party after the Renaissance. Me again proving that I am a rockstar.

This is last weekend at baby Carter's baby shower. Talia and Max, they are the next generation of cousins. The very first two and they love each other so much! Carter will be trailing along soon.

So excited for these two to have what we do.

Not the people of Walmart pics, but close!

This picture cracks me up! I don't think I have ever seen Talia make this face before. But it is hysterical!

Alex also refused to where what I picked out for him. He insisted on his "guitar shirt" that says Punk Rock on it and jeans that were worn out that barely fit him. No idea what got into him this day.

Erik struggled making a normal face too. Alex still not looking at camera. I wish the photographer would have cropped this one of Anthony and Talia. I have learned how important it is for a photographer to edit, editing can be key. I would love to learn to edit well.

If Alex would have smiled this one could have been a winner.

Loved Talia's headband!

Anthony trying his best to get Alex to cooperate and get a good pic. Clearly Alex is not having it. I think after this photo is when he was in the minivan throwing down.

Erik and his mini me.

Yep, we both looked exhausted after this shoot. We were.

Politics

This is how I feel regarding politics as of lately.
Yes, I do have an opinion.
No, I will not ram it down your throat.

This morning

It was just Alex and I in the car on the way to school.
"Mom"...here are his questions and comments in order:
"Was I a baby once?"
"Was I a girl or boy baby?"
"Are you sure I was a boy baby because I wore a girl hat that one time."
"Was Anthony 4 once?"
"I am already 5."
"When do I turn 5? January 11th? 12th?"
"Were you a baby once? Were you 4? How old are you? 34! That's old, that's a long, LONG time."
I bet he asks me at least 75 questions a day.
I have no idea where he gets this passion for questions.
